     Abdullah Al Duwaysh, the marketing and feasibility studies adviser has Confirmed that   giving a bigger interest of the consumer and finding out his wishes in the item  he wants, has the greatest impact in the success of small-scale project and its defying of the challenges of marketing, pointing to the importance of future plans, to achieve the availability of the components of development and creativity in marketing arts , stressing the need to adopt marketing as an investment and not  as a cost.
    Al Duwaysh, mentioned that it's one of the most important things when starting to establish a small project, is to think of marketing, which begins to study the market, to understand and identify the client's needs, as well as identifying targeted markets, served by the project, and the analysis of competition for the same type of similar goods, and then adopt a marketing strategy depending on the competitive feature.
    This was during a lecture, organized by the east chamber Tuesday, at the head office of Al-Jubail Technical Institute and in cooperation with the Industrial Development Centre in Jubail, about ways of ways of marketing for small and medium projects, as part of a shared program, held by the chamber with local partners through mementos of understanding that is interested in the support of awareness programs of Small and medium-sized institutions.
    Al Duwaysh discussed marketing basics, as well as marketing activities of all kinds, reviewing marketing environment   and how its related to the changes that has a direct impact on the followed marketing activity, such as marketing or personal mail.
    Al Duwaysh explained that by studying the reasons for the failure of small businesses of all kinds, it was found that it was not established on the basis of economic feasibility studies, which illustrate the extent of the market need for financial planning and the way of the effective marketing, pointing that the permanency of small-scale project and its development is associated with determining the needs of the internal market and the followed marketing method   .
    The Industrial Development Center in Jubail aims to help young Saudis to establish their own businesses, and the creation of new permanent jobs in the market, and help transform the pioneer project ideas into true products.
